Greetings from Copán, Honduras - where it is sunny and sweaty and breathtakingly lush and beautiful and green in every direction; and all there is to do is look at fascinating ruins, eat cheap delicious food, then sit in idyllic plazas.

I'm currently sitting in an open air internet café looking onto the parque central, sleeping stray dogs and cats scatterred around below the computers. not a bad setting to get some internet work done.

About to head over the border to El Salvador, and then Nicaraugua - if anyone out there has advice or recommendations or hook ups with interesting people or places to meet and see in those places, drop me a line. Always down to see the local music scene in places I travel to, if anyone out there knows any awesome Honduran or Nicaraguan or Salvadoran bands or clubs or people who put on shows!
